Bagi teman-teman yang mengalami error setelah update Episode 13.1: Pengejaran Satan Morroc karena tidak menggunakan instalisi Ragnarok Online yang terbaru maka teman-teman dapat mengikuti langkah-langkah di bawah ini:
1. Download file patch.zip
2. Copy file patch.zip kedalam folder Ragnarok Online kamu.
3. Extract file yang terdapat dalam patch.zip kedalam Folder Ragnarok Online.

Berikut ini adalah langkah-langkah dari solusi yang diberikan agar dapat bermain Ragnarok Online dengan normal kembali:
1. Klik tulisan download patch.zip diatas.
2. Jika ada option seperti di bawah ini pilihlah Save File dan klick ok.
3. Setelah itu maka di dekstop kamu akan muncul icon seperti gambar dibawah (tergantung dimana letak kamu men-save hasil download kamu).
4. Setelah itu kamu klik kanan pada icon tersebut lalu pilih option Copy seperti gambar dibawah.
5. Lalu paste di Folder Ragnarok Online kamu. Caranya : kamu klik kanan di icon Ragnarok Online kamu dan pilih option Properties.
6. Dan setelah muncul gambar seperti dibawah, klik pilihan Find Target.
7. Kemudian kamu akan memasuki folder RO kamu, setelah itu klik kanan di area kosong (jangan mengklik pada icon-icon yang ada) lalu pilihlan option Paste atau menekan tombol CTRL + V pada keyboard kamu.
8. Setelah itu kamu klik kanan pada icon tersebut lalu pilih option Extract Here seperti gambar dibawah ini.
9. Maka akan muncul pesan konfirmasi seperti gambar dibawah, dan pilih Yes to All.
10. Setelah itu jalankan (klik 2x) IdRO.exe dan pilih salah satu server tempat kamu bermain. Maka client Ragnarok Online akan menjalankan patch baru untuk menggantikan patch yang error.
11. Setelah proses patch selesai maka kamu harus menghapus file patch2.txt yang telah di extract ke dalam folder Ragnarok Online kamu agar tidak terjadi error pada saat memainkan Ragnarok Online.
